COMPLETE A WAIVER — To ensure a seamless check-in experience, ALL participants must complete a liability waiver. Climbers under the age of 18, must have their waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The link to your on-line waiver will be included in your reservation’s confirmation email.

If attending with a large group or party, please contact your host to get access to the waiver. We do not offer a general waiver link on our website.

DRESS APPROPRIATELY — We require close-toed shoes. Dress for the weather! The Park is open rain or shine, hot or cold. Choose clothing that is comfortable with a full harness (ie. avoid short shorts, and tank tops). More Tips

BRING OR BUY GLOVES — Climbing Gloves are Required. We NO longer offer complimentary re-usable climbing gloves. Gloves can be purchased as part of the booking process and picked up at check-in. You may also bring your own gloves. Be sure to select gloves that provide dexterity + grip (gardening, weight lifting, batting, cycling gloves are all great!).

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Tree Top Adventure’s

ARRIVE EARLY — Plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation start time. Use this time to ensure all waivers are complete, and participants have used our restroom facilities.

Tree Top Adventure’s

CHECK-IN — Once your group has gathered and all participant waivers are completed, head over to a Park Host to check in.

TICKETS — A Park Host will print your tickets. A time will be stamped on your ticket. That time is the last time you will be able to begin a new trail (similar to a ski-lift pass). Our most common ticket is good for a 2.5 hour climbing session plus an additional 30 minutes for the orientation (harnessing, briefing + practice). If your reservation is at 9 AM, the time-stamp will read 12:00 PM.

SAFETY BRIEFING — Once you’ve received your ticket, a trained staff member will lead you through a Q+A of the safety briefing video included in your confirmation email. In-person safety briefings are available upon request and will be performed for Birthday parties and large groups.

PRACTICE — Next, you’ll head to our practice lines* where you can practice with the clips at ground level until you feel comfortable enough to head up onto the course!

Head to our Main Platform to begin your Adventure!

*Everyone MUST go through the safety briefing and practice area, even if you’ve been here before. Season Pass Holders may test out of the Safety Brief + Practice Area!*

**If a climber or group of climbers is having a difficult time learning our clip system and or getting comfortable with our course, a Staff member will recommend a longer ground course to increase confidence before starting a trail from the Main Platform.
