Plan Your Visit

How much time will you have at TreeTop Adventures?

You should plan on approximately 3 hours for your TreeTop Adventures experience.

General Admission tickets are valid for three hours – roughly 30 minutes of this will be used for your safety briefing and the remaining 2.5 hours for climbing. Twilight Tickets are a reduced price from our General Admission pricing due to the shortened ticket duration.

Our last ticket sale of the day is our "Twilight Shorter Climb" Ticket which is sold 2.5 hours BEFORE our park closes (e.g. If we close at 8pm, the last ticket sale of the day is 5:30pm).

View our Hours Here.

To ensure you have the best climbing experience, please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your reservation start time to allow time to complete waivers/check-in and use restrooms.

No more reservations will be accepted after the "Twilight Shorter Climb" time-slot has passed.

Please note our trail closing policies:

  • We will close our more challenging trails (2 Greens, 2 Blues & Black) 30 minutes BEFORE close to allow climbers enough time to finish these more challenging trails.
  • If you have not yet reached the halfway point on our Black trail (Single Black to Double Black) 15 minutes before the park closes, you MUST take the escape to the ground.
  • The main platform will be closed 15 minutes before the park closes for the day. No new trails can be started once the main platform is closed.

Before coming to the park:

  • Book Your Reservation - We encourage you to make a reservation in advance either online or via phone. We are able to process walk-in ticket sales, but cannot guarantee that you will be able to begin immediately upon arrival.

  • Sign Waivers - We use a digital waiver. You can complete your liability waiver on our website, or through the confirmation email that you will receive after purchasing tickets. Once you fill out your online waiver it goes right into our system. No need to print it!

    • Please Note: Anyone under the age of 18 needs a legal parent/guardian to sign their waiver. If you are bringing a group or birthday party with climbers under the age of 18 it is really important to have parents fill out waivers for their child ahead of time. Arriving with all of your waivers signed will greatly expedite your check-in process!

  • Proper Clothing - Wear comfortable clothing and (very important) closed-toed shoes. It is always best to wear layers in case you get hot/cold. TreeTop Adventures will remain open in light rain, so if the forecast calls for showers, bring a raincoat. Long hair needs to be tied back.

  • Park Rules- Take a look at the Park Rules for Age/Weight/Height Restrictions and other important information. Park Rules can be found here

  • Food & Water - You are welcome to bring food and drinks with you into the park. We recommend bringing some snacks and plenty of water! You will have many opportunities to take a break for a snack/water in between trails. We have benches and picnic tables for guests to use.

    • On weekends, food is usually available from The Irish Cultural Centre which is less than 200 yards from our climbing site.  The Irish Cultural Centre has a restaurant/pub (open on Friday and Saturday night) and a concession stand (open during games). There is also a variety of restaurants located in the Canton, MA area, and Westwood Station and the Legacy Place Mall in Dedham are 10-15 minutes away.

  • Arrive Early - It is best to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get you checked-in and ready to go before your reservation time. Directions to TreeTop Adventures can be found here. We are located on the grounds of the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, MA.

  • FAQS - Read the FAQs for useful information and to answer any questions you may have. FAQs related to general information and course guidelines can be found here. Birthday Party Specific information can be found here. Group Outing specific information can be found here.
