GROUP FAQS

Our 2024 Season Runs from April 13th – November 19th.

During our “Shoulder Season” (April-May) and (September-November) we will open the park on weekdays to groups of 40 or more climbers. If we are already scheduled to be open for a larger group, we may open some other timeslots for smaller groups. Please visit our group pages to book your small group reservation.

If the date/time you are looking for is not listed in the “self serve” booking calendar or you are a larger group, please complete a contact form and a member of our staff will reach out to you to discuss availabilty.

Time-slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking (excluding school groups & municipalities).

TreeTop Adventures can still operate in light rain. Depending on the group it can be a blast!

If you plan on climbing in the rain, please arrive dressed for the weather.

If you do not want to have your Group Outing in the rain, Please note our Group Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy:

  • Group Reservations can be cancelled 3 days out from the event with a full refund. Please call us at (781) 989-5800 or email us at [email protected] and we will cancel the reservation and refund your credit card.
  • Group Reservations that are cancelled within the 3-day timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, however, we can reschedule your outing or issue a gift card for the full amount of your reservation. Gift Cards never expire and can be used when you are ready to reschedule your event. You can cancel your reservation from your reservation dashboard. A Gift Card will be automatically generated and sent to your email address.
  • In the event of extreme weather (thunder/lightning or high winds), the courses may have to temporarily close – similar to a swimming pool – until the weather passes. TreeTop Adventures staff has full discretion on high wind closings and will inform climbers of any closures at the main platform.
  • If we see severe weather in the forecast, we will reach out to you to reschedule or send you a gift card for your outing. If a full park closing due to weather occurs during your visit, you will be given the option to extend your ticket time and wait it out (depending on availability), or receive a prorated voucher (depending on the time left in your climb) for your next visit.
  • Groups that are a “no-show” for their reservation on the reserved day/time are not eligible to be refunded or rescheduled.

TreeTop Adventures sells small snacks and drinks (e.g. energy bars, chips, Gatorade + Water).

Groups are welcome to bring their own food to the course and enjoy a picnic meal at the many picnic tables we have on the course. Many groups have food delivered to the course or bring in meals from local caterers.

Some Corporate Groups set up snacks for the climbing portion of their day and then head out to a local restaurant or local breweries like Trillium for a Beer Tasting and meal after their climb.

Here is a list of places that deliver to the park + local restaurants/Breweries

Please note, we do not have a refrigerator on-site and are unable to store food. Groups who are bringing food that requires refrigeration should bring food in coolers.

It is not permitted to consume alcohol whether you are climbing or not at TreeTop Adventures. If adults are interested in drinking, they can do so at the Irish Cultural Centre’s Pub during their hours of operation. Additionally, tailgating in the parking lot is also prohibited.
