COVID-19 Policies

At TreeTop Adventures the safety and well-being of our Guests and Staff is our top priority!

Starting May 29th, as per State of Massachusetts Revised Guidelines, we will no longer require masks for Guests that have completed their vaccine regimen and waiting period.

If you have not completed this process we (and the CDC) recommend you wear a mask during times when unable to socially distance from others.

With the State of Massachusetts lifting mask restrictions on outdoor youth sports programs, we feel comfortable allowing youth in our course to climb mask-free.

Thank you for your cooperation & consideration as Covid Restrictions lift in Massachusetts.

We are continuing to follow these Sanitization + Safety protocols

SANITIZATION OF COURSE + EQUIPMENT:

While the cleanliness of our outdoor space and equipment has always been a priority, we have increased our cleaning practices to keep the climbing experience safe for everyone.

These additional measures include:

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning common areas (check-in area, restrooms, harnessing/de-harnessing).
  • Using 70%+ Rubbing Alcohol Based Cleaning Solutions on our metal climbing clips + zip-trolleys before they enter circulation.
  • Installation of 2 Large centrally located hand-sanitizing stations for climbers and staff.

OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL DISTANCING:

In addition to these standard cleaning procedures, we have implemented the following operational procedures. These procedures allow for more opportunities to socially distance on the course.

  • Reservations are Required in Advance: Reservations MUST be made in advance on our website. We are not accepting walk-in reservations. Online waivers must also be completed BEFORE arriving to the course. Our office staff will also be happy to assist guests in making reservations for groups over the phone at 781-989-5800.
  • Watch our Safety Briefing video below + in our reservation confirmation email: Climbers will have the ability to watch our training from home or in their vehicle before checking into the course. After watching the safety briefing all climbers will go through the practice area and have a chance to ask questions. Additional instruction will be available to those who require it after watching the briefing video and completing the practice area training.

  • Reusable gloves will NO longer be available on-site. Gloves will be available for purchase as an “add on” online during the reservation process, or from our on-site store at our park. Alternatively, climbers may choose to bring their own gloves (Gardening/canvas/work/batting/cycling/weight-lifting/sailing/golf gloves are great!).
  • Staff will direct and monitor groups throughout the course to ensure appropriate space is kept between climbers. There is a maximum of 3 climbers on the platforms at one time. On the main platform, climbing groups will be invited up in a limited capacity and will cue up on social distance markers.

PARK GUEST POLICIES:

  • All guests need to be in good health in order to participate.
  • Reservations can be self-cancelled at any time before a scheduled climb time. TreeTop Adventures will automatically send a gift card to the email used to book the reservation, which can be used to reschedule a visit at a future date.
  • Guests are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOTH GUESTS + STAFF:

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then discard the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.
  • Keep disinfectant with you as a precaution.

Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding these policies. We want to do everything possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
